I just purchased a 2020 TRD Sport, I love the way the truck rides. It is very smooth and cushy ride. However I wish the truck was slightly higher / taller. So my question is - Is their a way to lift my truck say about 1.5 - 2" without changing my factory OEM suspension and maintaining the factory ride quality. I only know of changing the suspension (like i did with my Tacoma) or adding blocks, which will make the ride suck and usually not the best way to increase vehicle height.

A spacer lift would probably change the feel of your truck. You could try cb shims and shackles if you want to raise the rear any. Shouldn’t change the feel too much. But any change will make it feel different.
