I was looking a 6" lift kits and noticed that some are listed as fitting 2007-2020 and some list 07-15 and 16-20.

I was curious because the prices are different and I thought the suspension was identical from 07-20. I looked on rockauto but i didnt see any parts like tierods and control arms that were different between years. One of the lift kits manufacturer's websites I checked had identical install PDFs for both.

    Is there a difference?

Highly unlikely. Toyota is slow to change things in their trucks. That's why they are still rocking the 5.7L. I'd be surprised if the suspension (or frame) changes at all when they introduce a new engine (if ever)

I just moved my Toytec lift from my 2013 to my 2020 with no issues and it was the same. Post links to what you are seeing so that we can look at the part numbers etc.
