Hello everyone, I’ve got my tundra lifted with a 1.75in spacer in the front and a 1in block in the rear. I’m having some vibrations in the steering wheel at speeds above 50 mph. I’ve had the truck aligned and tires balanced. I read online that a diff drop would help with those vibrations because it’s frankly driving me crazy. My question is, if I install a diff drop, would it help with the vibrations or is there another route I should take? Also, if a diff drop is necessary, is it safe for the time being because I’m taking the truck on a trip this weekend?

You probably need a carrier bearing spacer not a diff drop.
