Did the 2014 tundra sr5 rwd come with factory skid plate?

Trying to figure out if my 2014 sr5 rwd came with a skid plate/splash guard and the last owner took it off for oil change and never put it back on or did they not come with them at all?

 

Hit and miss on whether it did or not. It was more of a small splash shield than a skid plate. If you want to install one, take a look at the RCI.

 

The Rci looks super nice but I’ll have to save up for one. Got our first baby on the way so it’s hard to justify the extra cash spent on my truck when little man is coming soon.

 

See if you can find one from a junk yard if you're ok with the factory splash guard style plate.

 

2021 sr5 has no skid plate from factory.

 

Normally it should just be the TRD Off Road pkg that come with the skid (for 2WD)and yellow Bilsteins and a gas tank skid (thus the TRD OR pkg), if it did on just SR5, then most likely the prevoious owner installed, like I did on my fiances truck.
