    Just placed an order with Detailed Image for some empty 16oz bottles and sprayers. I'm weird and want all my bottles to match as opposed to a bunch of different looking ones. When I got them, they are a slightly different style than what's on the website. I reached out to them via email, and sent them a picture of the ones I received. I did not complain about them, just mentioned they should change the picture on the website to match the new ones.

    After seeing the picture of the bottle I received, they responded (quickly) that their supplier must have changed what they were sending to DI, and put a credit on my account for what I paid for the bottles....to be applied to my next order.

    It's service like this that has made Detailed Image one of m favorite places to order detailing supplies from.
