Decent truck cover for a Crew Max?

    Truthfully I haven’t used one in years. But when I did they were allegedly premium…they were garbage, THATS FOR DAMN SURE…

    With the higher humidity during the summer the paint would grow mold and junk. And I found when pulling it off they would scratch. In general I am not a fan for outside use…

    Inside different story though.

    Agreed - a cover outdoors can/will possibly do more harm than good. I don't currently have a garage, just a carport so my vehicles sit out 24/7 and even with the lack of washing/detailing that I do - claybar and wax once a year and wash every few months and use some simple black or other similar product on the seals and plastic bits and my vehicles still show very well when selling/trading in.

    Seat covers, dash mat, ext. Trans. Cooler, sumo springs, oem pwr fld tow mirrors
    Shades in the windows and some tint, good old carnuba paste wax, and starbrite marine vinyl protectant on the plastics including the headlights and rubber items for good uv protection.
