I have a dealer down to $21,674 for a 2013 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 2WD with the XSP package. Paint and leather are near perfect. It has 66,000 miles with a perfect service record from the last 2 owners and has the 4.6 V8. Out the door it’s $22,850. Thoughts on this deal in today’s crazy market?

It's a 2WD. It's in the ballpark. I've seen them for higher. Just curious what everyone's thoughts are.

If it's a truck that fits your needs and you plan to put a couple hundred thousand miles on it... given the current market, probably not a bad deal.

If you have plans to keep it for a short time (few years) and then try to resell... it's a configuration that not everyone is looking for (4.6 and 2WD), so your buyer group is going to be limited and under 'normal' market conditions those 2 factors take a big hit in price.
