    just wanted to share .
Purchased a 2019 Tundra within the past few weeks . Got a good deal I thought . Deal was a trade in plus cash . I financed thru my local credit union. I received Bank check and wanted to register myself as it was a out of state . Dealer stated that Toyota doesn’t allow customers to do that ??? Since you got financing ??? I had clear title for trade in and a Bank check as well as putting a deposit of $1000 down on credit card. Included in total was the sales tax for my DMV. Dealer stated I could meet runner at my dmv to register tundra, pay registration fee and swap vehicles .
    Easy deal I thought.
Well after emailing pictures of title and Bank check on my own without any requests from dealer . Just wanted to prove funds were good.
The day to meet dealer at DMV came and salesman stated “just waiting for them to give me a check “ that was at 9am , then I checked in At 12 noon still waiting . Then between noon and 2:30 pm I couldn’t take the utter frustration with this dealer and total lack of communication.
I filed a formal complaint with TOYOTA corporate themselves .
DMV closed at 3:30 and never heard from anyone. Toyota stated that someone would be in contact with me from dealership. Well here it is at 10 pm and nothing !!!
What course of action do I follow now????

All you can do is wait. There’ll be a resolution.
