Bump, the buyer I had backed out, so it still for sale.

 

What's the honest reason for selling? Curious because I might be buying the 10" soon.

 

It wore on me as I commute 75-80 miles a day. I am also a older guy , lol. I had it on 4 months and loved it in the beginning. The louder exhaust wore on me and I wanted quiet.

 

I'm located in Massachusetts and interested. I see the gasket, but will a new one be needed? Thank you.

 

There is a new one in the package from Toyota. And I bought new clamps for the resonator.

Another member recently sold his DD exhaust, but kept the resonator. He installed the resonator on his stock system and said his Tundra is now Lexus quiet!

 

It's loud without the resonator with the windows rolled down, its why I didn't get the 8". Didn't want to install the resonator.

 

That was me.

I've since relinquished the resonator to the buyer of the exhaust, because I realized I drive a truck - not a luxury car - and need some sound.

That said, it was REALLY quiet (almost silent) with the resonator and OEM exhaust.

 

I went back to stock also, had the 12 " DD for a little while and it was too loud for me...

I went back to OEM expecting to trade the truck in (my wife and I were going to go down to 1 vehicle) but clearer heads prevailed and I’m keeping my beloved truck.

Kind of like the quiet after 25,000 miles of throaty exhausts. I would put the 12 between stock and TRD on the inside, but louder than TRD on the outside.

This is a great deal and I am considering. Been checking videos as I was set on the 8" but this is local and unsure if 10" is too quiet. I like to hear the exhaust.

 

As of now it is sold. Unless he backs out, then I will repost.
