DC rear seat fold down question

On my 06 with the 60/40 rear seat I can fold the seat down and then flip it forward on the driver side(60 side) but on the passenger side I don’t have the same latch handle to fold it forward. I can get the backrest down but cannot fold forward to access the storage. Any ideas?!?


Edit: disregard, the strap was babied the trim. Did some digging and got it out but it’s on the front of the seat whereas it’s on the rear of the seat on the 60 side
