Is there a easy way to my truck run the cigarette lighter always run? Even when the truck is off. I hate that I have to turn my truck on to run anything.

I pulled a fused dedicated wire from the battery through the firewall to one of my 12 volt receptacles, while I was pulling a bundle of switch wires. I abandoned the old "switched" + lead and connected my always hot +. Remember if you do this to make sure the old + is well insulated as it will be "hot" whenever the ignition is on.
