Concerning a 2007 Tundra, Ive been researching the posibilities of using a single din head unit in place of dbl din unit. Has anyne ever went this route? I wondering about the dash kits, and if they are available for this.

I can see why you think that. I see far fewer single din head uinits myself, but one of the best audiophile headunits is still a single din. This vid is 11 years old, but imo it still applies today. This headunit is still available from crutchfeild, but only if you purchase it as a kit. Here is link. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-OpAZm...MIvpemn-q78AIV5fzjBx2IPQOqEAQYASABEgJJD_D_BwE Someone needs to buy this and give a review:burp:

    It’s currently $2,000.99 off.

But if you think about it it s not an unreasonable price. That s 3 - 2 ch amps, the headunit, a pair of mids, and a sub, and they are all top shelf items. The headunit alone went for over a grand when it was for sale seperately
