Dashcam rear camera.

I've been looking into getting a dashcam with a rear camera for My 2011 Tundra with the rear sliding window. I'm thinking it will work on the glass panel behind the driver. Also, I just recently got the truck and want to tint the rear window darker. But, wondering if the tint will be too dark for the camera at night?
Anybody have a rear view dashcam camera installed?
Where did you position the rear camera?

 

I have a Garmin Mini 2 for front and rear. Works pretty well!

 

Where is your rear camera located and do you have dark tinted windows?

 

I use the Thinkware F200 Pro front and rear. Ist pic is before sunrise and the 2nd is during the day. I have 5% tint. I'll snap a pic in the morning so that you can see where it's mounted on the drivers side window.

 

Mine is factory tint in the rear.
