Dash speaker help, please

Hi all-

I have a 2021 Limited DC, non-JBL. I upgraded my door speakers (front and back) and added a sub; all purchased from Tech12Volts. After reading many posts, and realizing that my sound is still lacking a bit, I decided to replace the corner and center dash speakers. I ordered Audiofrog GS25s from Crutchfield.

Here are the issues I'm running into.

1- Crutchfield instructions wire colors don't match the wire colors in my truck
2- I didn't buy bass blockers, but when I called Crutchfield today, they told me I absolutely need them.

So, can someone help me? I'm trying to figure out:

(1) On the corner dash speakers, is the red wire positive or negative? I think the black is negative, but can someone confirm?

(2) On the center dash speaker, I have a red, black, blue, and silver wires. Tracing back to the Toyota harness, it looks like Pin 1 is red, pin 2 is grey, pin 3 is blue, and pin 4 is black. Which two wires do I actually use, and which is positive or negative?

(3) Do I actually need bass blockers? I bought these thinking they'd act as midrange speakers, and I think adding bass blockers will essentially turn these into additional tweeters (excuse my ignorance if I'm wrong here). More tweeters will defeat the purpose of replacing these for me, so I'm not crazy about the bass blocker idea (Crutchfield is sending them out for free, but I'm not sure I want to install).

Has anyone installed Audiofrog GS25s? How did you do it?
