Took to dealership and they said the rear right axle bearing was bad which was causing issues with abs and speed sensor which lit all my warning lights up on my dash. They quoted me 2K+ to change out not only the bearing but strangely the axle as well. It's a 2019 Tundra 70k light highway miles. NO towing NO OFF ROAD ! They did not mention the axle was damaged or bent , but my question is why do you think they want to replace the Axle shaft $650??

    That's crazy...
Were you hearing a slight whomp, whomp, whomp, that might have been the bad bearing?
I heard that in my 2005 years ago when it went out, but no axle replacement..

I can't help you with the issues, but I can welcome you to the forum...:D

    easier to replace...lol
I don't know if dealer have a press, cause all mechanic have to buy their own tools...
they may have to send it out to machine shop to press it out, beside it looks better on the invoice, 1k parts and 1k labor, rather than 200 parts and 1800 labor
