My 2002 tundra has been sitting for around two months while I was away. I came back to find the battery dead so I charged it. The truck still wouldn't start, and I noticed none of the gauges lights or radio would work. I checked the fuse box under the hood to find fuse number 2 was blown (Constant Control Relay module) I replaced it and the truck started right up. The problem is that the dash, radio and window still don't work. I checked all other fuses and they were all good as far as I could tell. I think I must have shorted something out from charging the battery and jumping the thing but I can figure it out. Any other Ideas or tips?!?

Look for rodent intrusion. Maybe wires were chewed on?

Yeah, look for evidence of rodents, then check the fuses.
