Damaged 1794 suede

I have a 2018 I just bought from Carvana. The truck is smoked mesquite and has lots of scratches that I can buff out that I can deal with. It’s very low mileage with the TRD package as well. The truck is exactly what I was looking for. But, upon cleaning it up I came across the backseat on the passenger side that seems to have been wet at some point. I’ve never done interior work but a lot of other mechanical things. Is this a hard repair?

 

I would find a reputable auto upholsterer and see if that damaged panel could be replaced.

 

Is the rear seat back cover from toyota hard to install? I was thinking maybe replace the whole seat back leather cover. I have been looking for the part number ect.

 

Congrats on the truck! I’d just enjoy it and not worry about it. But if you are OCD, just contact carvana to see if they can reimburse you? I’m sure they document all of their vehicles sales with pictures.

 

I love the truck it has all the options I wanted. I bought it for $45k with 21,000 miles on it. I wanted a 2018 since last year of trans cooler.

 

I wouldn't worry about it... But if anything you can try contacting carvana

I thought it was that one. I am waiting on Carvana to see if they are going to pony up and cover it. I do really like the truck. It feels good to be back in a Tundra. i missed my 2019 platinum.
