i've got some projectors in some dodge neon lights. If i wanted to stuff these in my stock housings, anyone know of a thread? Tips & tricks? How to decipher any p/n i might find along the way?

What are ballasts, and what do they do? And what size wire do i use? Electrical has always been magic to me. Please help.
