Hey all, I’ve been a long time lurker and thought I’d finally contribute since I’ve learned so much good stuff from this community. The quick and dirty is: I’ve been sick of drinks falling over in the terrible cup holders in my 2014 Tundra with a middle seat. So I finally did something about it.

First, I learned how to remove the cup holders from this thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/removing-cup-holder-storage-on-front-center-bench-seating.36505/

They were right- all I needed a plastic pry bar.

Next, I hit up a pick n pull and grabbed one of these from an old Honda Odyssey. IMG_1193.jpg

Next, I measured the fit and placement and removed some excess plastic that was in the way. Exacto blades are you best friend here.

After I attempted to use a Dremmel to cut out holes for the tabs to be fed from the outside in, I eventually opted to just drill with a 5/16 bit (after measuring and marking) then, shaving the holes down: IMG_1200.jpg

After tediously shoving the tabs in from the outside, I shaved down some excess rubber for better fit back into the console:

Popped it all back in and I’m loving it!

    Total cost: $2
Total time: ~3 hrs (smoothing things out.

@WFD473 - Thank you, and yes they should have come with something like this from the factory. Hell, even base level Sonatas in the junk yard had something like this.
