I have received notices 2 times now that my Cruise Control and my LTA have failed. Both times they failed at the same time. Stay with me on this, I think it is related to the radio knob, really. I had the cruise set, the LTA was on and I was changing lanes to exit the freeway. I simultaneously turned off the radio. The failure notices came in on my dash and my screen went totally black. The radio rebooted within a couple of minutes. The failure notices persisted until I turn both off. Again, this has happened twice. When it happened the second time I put together the relationship between the radio and the notices. BTW. I too had the broken radio knob. Both occurrences came after I replaced the knob. I removed the knob and haven't had an issue since. I haven't had a chance to take it to the dealer yet. I did receive an Artificial Ignorance message from the dealer recognizing they received the messages from the truck.

Related to the new knob. I pressed the button to turn off the radio and on the first attempt nothing happened, it stayed on. On the second attempt the radio rebooted. Then, on the third attempt, it turn off.

    Anyone else had similar experences?
