After a few hard rains I've noticed the rear passenger floorboard is wet around where the step in plate is. Can't seem to track it down. Any ideas?

Do you have a sunroof? Are the gutters around it retaining water (one or more clogged drains).

I've looked at all 3 above. How do I find out specifically if it's the 3rd break light (seal looks a little weathered tbh), rear window or sunroof?

Dry it out then perform a water test with a hose. Start with the rear window, check the area. Then do the third brake light, check the area. Lastly do the sunroof.
