    Hi guys,
I’m probably an oddball in this regard, but small noises drive me nuts in my vehicle, especially if I cannot locate them. Behind my rear view mirror is that large electronics housing and then the mirror itself. There is a consistent (4-5x per 10 seconds) creaking noise that I can hear and I can’t figure out whether it’s the mirror, the housing, or what. Probably a long shot but if anyone has any advice, I’m all ears(unfortunately).

I remember reading about that somewhere and the person had luck with just a piece of cloth . Wedged it between the glass and the mount of the mirror or the housing and the creak was gone .

My 2015 had something similar. It turned out the sticky tapped out in the Texas sun. During a dealer Service visit, I mentioned it. They looked at it and fixed it...said it was covered under warranty.

Not sure if this could help.
