my 07 v6 sr5 will crank, after three cranks it wants to turn but will then die off. Pump hums and seems to work just fine. Filter is clean, intake is clean, throttle body clean. Fuses are all ok.

What else should I take a look at?

Try looking at your MAF sensor. Pull it out and see if anything is on it.

Probably a good time to do a fuel pressure test.

    Engine immobilizer ??
Sounds like the anti theft system is working against you. Happens to Tacomas mostly in very cold weather.
If you have a spare key, try it.
    Any codes?

Most likely this, it happened to me once and had to disconnect the battery to reset the system.
