S&B intake, Dirty Deeds 8", Airlift airbags with Daystar contact cups, LED's everywhere including Diode Dynamics stealth front LED bar, Baja Design Squadron II's on CBI ditch light brackets, completed Diode Dynamics interior LED's. Full RCI skids with cat guards and sliders, Transfer flow 46 gallon tank. Radflo 2.5 IFP coilovers, Coachbuilder shackles, TRD rear sway bar. 295/70R18 Nitto RG's. Dobinson snorkel, softopper.
I know this is going to sound rather stupid, but I gotta ask how other people might feel and see what other options I might have available.

I currently have a set of Radflo 2.5 coil overs on the front of my '15. They've been great. I got them for free, had them rebuilt locally for $500, and pulled the 700 lb. coils for a set of 600 lb. coils at install as I don't have the extra weight needed for the 700 lb. coils per my talks with Toytec. That netted a lift of about 1", enough to clear 285/70R18's on stock wheels with 1.25 Spidertrax spacers. Earlier this year, I went up to 295/70R18's on the same wheel/spacer setup, which still clears just fine.

I know down the road, I'm gonna want to go with a full blown 35" tire. So, when I did the 295's, I pulled the coil overs, and tried adjusting them to get a little more lift. No dice. One of them, the body is so corroded that even in a spring compressor, with myself (225) and another guy (200+0 standing on the mobile compressor and my 300lb hulk of a brother on the adjuster, we could not get it to budge.

I got a quote at that time to have them rebuilt again, by a different local rebuild shop. I sent them photos of the corrosion. They said they could rebuild them, and give it a whirl cleaning them up, but they said that the clean up to try to get the adjusters free would be a bill by the hour deal, and that they couldn't guarantee whether or not they could salvage the bodies. In other words, it's a gamble.

So I'm left with the likely possibility of needing to replace the Radflo's. I've liked them, the ride great, but I've always felt they are a little overkill for what I use the truck for. I have a dedicated off-road trail truck, so my Tundra gets minor off-road use, mainly easier rated trails and venturing off hunting here in Colorado. I did do some easier trails this summer in south Utah and Moab. The bulk of my Tundra's use is daily driving and regular towing.

The rear suspension is going to be going through some changes as well, currently I have stock low mileage leaf springs off a 2021, Airlift airbags with Daystar cradles, a TRD rear sway bar with a disconnect and Coachbuilder +1" shackles. I'm planning on pulling the airbags and installing a RAS HD setup I bought on marketplace with Wheeler super bumps. In addition, I have a set of Coachbuilder +3" shackles I bought used for down the road.

Because of the need to rebuild and possibly damage the Radflo's, I'm considering downgrading to a set of 6112's set at either the #3 1.9" setting or the #4 2.5" setting. Again, I do plan on eventually upgrading to a 35" tire, and I'd like to add a bumper and winch, so I'm not set on the 6112's. Basically, I'd like to ask the hive mind whether the 6112's would be a good fit for something like this, or should I look into other coil over options.

And just for good measure, a pic from our Utah trip mentioned above.
