Constant power windows

A buddy of mine with a tundra posed this question to me a few days ago..

Is there a way to have power to all the windows, including the rear one... Constantly. Meaning that truck does not have to have the key turned on.

I suggested that it may not be a good idea for security reasons, but he works in construction fields and would like the option of allowing any of his guys control over the windows without him having to hand over his keys.

Has anyone done this mod before? I searched but did not find anything relating to this.

I told him I would give it a weekend of responses and then report back to him Monday.

Yeah, just find the +12 wire coming from the switch and move it from acc fuse to + terminal. The security may get pissed tho.
