    I have a 2000 4WD Tundra that's seen better days. I also have a 2002 Tundra 2WD that allegedly needs a new computer. Can I use my 2000 computer in the 2002?

No, I would expect it not to work due to the drivetrain difference.

But if you really want to know, there is a label on top of the ECU with its part number in the format of XXXXX-XXXXX or XXXXX-XXXXX-XX

If the part numbers match, they're interchangeable. If you need a new (refurbished) ECU, Flagship One (FS1) is a great place to buy one. You just need to get the part number off the existing ECU and they'll help you get one at a reasonable price.
