My dad is looking at buying a 2024 Tundra. I don't know much about the newer models. What are some common issues/problems with these? Are all the turbo issues sorted out now?

Any must-haves when purchasing? He's looking at a SR5 with the SR5 Convenience Package for the larger fuel tank. Wants heated steering wheel and seats as well.

I have been quite happy with my truck. The plastic piece that holds the seat position buttons breaks off quite easily. I am a big guy, but I broke it right away. Then I got a new one, and broke it right away too.

It might be OK if you are ~150# ?

There are no issues with the tundra whatsoever. They’re all made perfect
