Never heard of these folks until I saw a sweet rack on a F150 parked outside my office. Local company that's doing a lot of racks and not many bed slides.

I want a bed slide. Seems convenient for camping and skiing, loading and unloading. Anyone have one? Pros and cons? The bed slide appeals to me more than a Decked system.

I think they work best with a camper shell. They take up too much space for just a tonneau cover. They work great.

I guess would be fine without either though.

I have a Leer shell and that's why I thought it would work great. The weight worries me. I like the Bedslide, but I think it'll be around 200lbs.

A slide combined with your shell will reduce your payload even more. May tax your leaf springs causing rear sag earlier than usual. You may want to look into upgrading your leaf springs.

Yeah, it's too heavy. Too bad because it's a cool idea. I don't have room to add that much weight. I'm sure I've over at times already during camping season.
