Evening all, I’ve done several searches for this issue but all I’m getting is info on “all the time throttle response “. I’m very happy with the throttle except when it’s cold or been sitting for a week. I used jump in start it up and let it run for awhile, but now I’ve installed remote starter thinking letting it warm up for 5 mins and yet it still acts like a bronco bucking. It takes a good 20-30 min drive before it fully warms up and stops the jerking??? Back in the day I would say the choke was sticking, but we know that’s not the issue.. bad- coolant sensor or mass air sensor?
    Thanks Monte

Any codes thrown ? Is it only in cold weather or any temperature ?

Try cleaning the throttle plate, make sure your resistances are good. Aftermarket remote starters can cause some weird things to go on in the computer

No codes showing and when temps are below 50°. It was happening before the remote starter was put on. It’s just saved me from going out to the truck warming it up. Thanks for getting back to me gents!

I'd start with cleaning your throttle plate, get some sort of cleaner and a tooth brush. Don't go to crazy with the cleaner cause that carbon filled liquid can get into the throttle motor and lock it up.
