Cold Tail Gate Won’t Latch.

Using my tail gate this morning I noticed it won’t latch. It was 5 degrees. Any one have this problem. What did you do to fix it?

Probably needs lubricated, even a little crud can hold water and make them stick in the cold weather. Spray them with some WD40 and see if it gets better then follow up with some white lithium grease.

Lube it up like Fester said. I’ve had that happen on other vehicles before. Nothing a little shot of grease won’t fix.
