I have a 14 SR5 TRD cremax with the Flex gas engine. Does anyone know a K&N Cold Air Intake and/or new Exhaust system will TRULY get me more horse power and/or better gas mileage? Looking more for horses and sound than gas savings (that would just be an added bonus).

Welcome from Texas, do a dual exhaust IMO and CAI is more sound than power

You can get a little bit of low end power from a dirty deeds BAmuffler (single not dual).
Other duals will rob you of low end.
CAI will make more noise but that's about it
