I’m little confused about Coilover and suspensions? If someone could help me out that would be great.
So is a 7” Coilover like getting a 7” suspension lift kit? Or is there a big difference or is it better to get both?

If you’re looking to do a 7” lift a full suspension lift kit is what you’d need. Can’t just buy 7” coilovers

To add to what LEKS said, it sounds like it's a front drop bracket kit that adds maybe 4" of lift, and then the additional front coilovers for about 3" more of lift.

If the drop bracket lift is one that achieves 7” of lift with drop brackets alone, then yes, adding a coilover that achieves an additional 3” of lift is possible for a total of 10” of lift. I’ve never heard of a drop bracket lift for 7” of lift, though, but I admit I don’t pay much attention to them as I’m not a fan of drop brackets - nothing against those who like to run them. Also, I think 10” of lift is too unstable and raises the center of gravity too much on such a heavy vehicle, but that’s just my opinion.
