Hey guys. I’m still fighting with this code 0419.Thought it was the driver for sure because of the moisture. I tried doing self diagnose with xo workers scanner and it would not let me do complete scan because of issue with be circuit. Would not even let me do output in pumps.I tried tracing all wiring on the driver and ran pumps from there with no problem. Tore my hair out for awhile. I think I’m losing the ground signal from the ecu. Scared its in the wiring harness from critters. When I fire up cold and back probe the driver with led tester on the trigger ground wire it’s enough to energize the driver and pump runs. I guess next I may pull ecu harness and start tracing that circuit. Anyone been down this road before. Thanks.

Are you sure the SAIS valves are not faulty?

Hi Dalandshark. No I’m not sure but figured that would give me a different code but not convinced about that. Lol.Next step is to dig in there and take intake off and check it out. But if I go in there I will prob have a new set of valves to put in anyway.Just bugs me why the system won’t fire up for a few seconds before it realize valves not opening. Would not even let me fire up the pumps with a scanner doing output checks. I keep thinking electrical but maybe I’m wrong. I guess if the wiring inside one of those was an issue maybe the ecu won’t let the controlled ground to the drivers happen.I’m just brainstorming. Guess I have to dig into those valves. Thanks for the reply. I will post if I figure it out.
