Code P0415 Cant figure it out.

    I am new here and in need of some help. I have a 2012 Toyota Tundra with a 4.6L engine. Back in March, I replaced both Dorman OE Secondary Air Injection Valves: bank 1 and bank two. I replaced all four oxygen sensors upstream and downstream. Last weekend, I replaced both of the secondary air injection pumps as well as the catalytic converter on the driver's side. I still need to install the right side catalytic converter. Now I am still getting a P0415 code. What am I doing wrong?

    Some codes are hard set and need a few cycles to clear once the failed part has been replaced. If you don't have tech stream it may not help but gives a decent idea of what plugs and wires to check on the air pumps and drivers. Driver plugs for pump 1 and 2 are located in front of master cylinder and fuse box.

    I will look into it. I also came across today and will call the local dealership about it,


    Toyota has issued Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) for 2012–2014 Tundras related to the air injection system and limp mode triggers. These updates involve ECM calibration changes to prevent false fault codes and improve drivability.
    If your truck has ever thrown P2440, P2441, P0418, or P0415, or entered limp mode unexpectedly, a reflash might be recommended—even if not required
