    No swing out, just the rear bumper with the side hoops, hitch, shackle mounts, etc

    All parts and mounting hardware inventoried. Nice piece of kit. You just need a welder and some spray paint.

    Located near Richmond VA but I have a buddy PCSing to San Antonio, who can bring it with him when he ships his household goods.
