Coachbuilder steering kit

    6 inch Pro Comp lift. OME rear springs with Coach Builder +3 shackles. Coach Builder tie rod ends. ICON 2.5 front and rear shocks with remote res. ICON Hyd bump stops. 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers on 18" fuel rims. Kenwood DNX 892 head unit with JL audio and RF amp pushing 2 Image Dynamics idq10 subs. SABM, S POD switches for 42" in bumper and 32" behind grille LED light bars. Full interior and exterior LED conversion. LED flush mount back up lights in rear bumper. Valentine one radar detector. V Leds under dash and seats foot well lighting. TRD pro head lights and grille. Full AJT dash kit
    I just installed the CB steering kit on my "15 CM 4x4. They made a huge difference, Anyone use these? If so, how do you grease them? Or do you? I see they have a grease boot.

    i use spray silicone type stuff on the top of the pivot point.

    Thats kinda the route I was gonna use

    And, it's not really a grease boot, it's a dust boot. You can check with Total Chaos on what's the appropriate grease/lube for heim joints. Heims are typically self lubricating.

    They recommend Super Lube. I put it in a large syringe and squeeze it around under the boot.

    I swear it made the steering easier, but the big difference is the turning radius, I have 35 inch tires with a 6 inch lift. Before I had to back up, pull forward, back up just to turn around. Now it turns like factory. Also had the skreaching sound on pavement when turning, no longer have that. I drove this truck lifted without these for about 3 years, sure wished I would have changed them 3 years ago.

    TRD Front sway bar, TRD Rear sway bar, TRD red and blue shocks, 2018 LED headlights and fogs, TRD intake box lid, TRD air flow accelerator, AFE Super Stock Intake with dry filter, TRD radiator and oil cap, Radium PCV Oil catch can, StopTech SS brake lines, LED puddle lights, VLED interior lights, OEM metal oil filter housing, Fumoto oil drain valve, LED front turn signals, TRD Battery tie down.
    Would they make a difference on a truck with stock ride hight? Tighter turn radius for stocker too?
