Looking for some thoughts and advice on the use of these. I have a stock 2020 Limited with the Off Road package, and has the .5" driver side lean. I have been thinking about buying three of the 1/4" Coachbuilder shims, one for the passenger side and two for the driver side. This apparently would level the front and also add .5" lift to the front.

My questions are: 1 Any adverse effect to ride or handling? 2 Would it be necessary to extend the stock bump stops? 3 Any thoughts on how this would change the front alignment specifications?

    Thanks in advance,
    Gary

stock trucks usually do not have the lean, toyota has the suspension set up to account for that on a stock truck.

But, no issues adding the shims. a 1/4 shim will lift 2x the height of the shim, so 1/4 = half inch. Putting two on DS will lift that size one inch, then one on PS will gain half inch. Will be no problem with ride/handling or need to bump stop changes. Do need to get an alignment anytime you mess with the front suspension.
