They are not, We've had a few either add to their orders or like Worriedman50 did and send in a money order it made more sense to print his shipping label so his slot didn't get pushed back. Shipping labels are printed and orders are shipping in the order they are received. Did you not receive your tracking? Your order has shipped and should be arriving any day.

Sorry for the confusion, I went in and added to the install guide explaining a bit more in detail.

** When you receive your shackle kit we have already preinstalled the new poly bushing kit into the lower portion of the shackles. You will need remove the hardware and separate the bushing kit from the new steel center sleeves. After they have been separated you can then use (1) grease pack to lightly coat all outer surfaces of the poly bushings (4) pieces and also the outer portion of the center sleeves (2) pieces. You will then be able to tap the poly bushing into the rear leaf spring eyelet from each side and then the steel center sleeves. Using the second grease pack to coat the smooth portion of the new hardware before installing. Hope this helps.

The install is strange to me as well. You are supposed to reuse the top bushings and then use the new bushings in the leaf. I do see that the actual shackles are an older model so maybe it was a different thing back in the day.

No, Please don't follow this installation process. Our install guide is very basic and to the point and will provide a perfect installation.

Just as Rica25 mentioned I feel the upper frame rail bushings are the most functional OE bushings on the entire truck. They are the only polyurethane bushings provided by the factory and pivot smooth and controlled, We take advantage of this design and work with them. The frame rails are also 25 mm's wider than the leafs spring eyelets and can not properly use the leaf bushings in the frame.

Sadly We've had quite a few do this, because of the upper frame rail bushing design they come out by hand and the installer has not read the install guide.

*** PLEASE don't replace the upper frame rail bushings or use any other brands installation process.

Got started on my install today. had less trouble getting the old bushings out than I did getting the new ones back in. I was not able to get a good swing with my plastic hammer to drive them in, so wound up running a 1/2" bolt with big washers to suck half of it in, then reset to pull the other half of the bushing in.

Also, I have a rear sway bar and a set of air bags. Sway bar is going to have to come loose to get it finished. Air bags have been on a year, broke two bolts getting them off the springs even letting liquid wrench application sit from when I started, will have to make a trip to Lowes or Home Depot but what redo feat does not require at least one trip to town...

Left her sitting on the chocks tonight, shackles with the bolts through the top bushing, but need a little more drop to get the the bottom ones in. I will run get new bolts for the air bags and drop the sway bar and finish up tomorrow.

@Coachbuilder1 I see the OP was updated last night but no “shipped” next to my name. Unfortunately I am at the end of the list...which is my fault for dragging my feet.
Any updates on the timing of the next batch would be appreciated. Just trying to gauge whether or not I’ll be able to install these at the same time as my suspension or not.
    Thanks!

Well finally got my shackles installed. But the shop decided not to follow directions. Which I told them and gave them, that came in the box. They took out the frame bushings and installed the new ones there leaving the old leaf spring eyelet bushings in. I told them when I got there that the whole point was to lessen the bed hop by removing the leaf spring bushings and get rid of the block. The block they installed without asking me instead of putting my AAL on. I don’t trust 4wd parts anymore. This is their 2nd big mess up on my truck.
