I have a clunk noise when turning the wheel full right and full left also while turning and hitting a bump. I can re-create the noise every time I turn hard enough I ended up going underneath with a crawler to try to find the solution and the noise is coming from the steering rack. But it feels tight to me and when I watched it as I had someone turn the wheel it didn’t really move just made a loud clunking noise

Look at the steering stops on the lower control arms. It is metal to metal contact. Smear some grease on the stops and see if the noise goes away.
