    2008 tundra TRD recently my factory installed rear view camera has a cloudy view of images
    can a repair be made or is it time for a replacement camera ?

    Check the build link in my signature.
    If you’ve washed off the camera lens and it’s still blurry/cloudy, then your only option is a replacement camera. Those things aren’t serviceable that I know of. I’d look at an aftermarket replacement that is OEM fit on ebay/etc because the factory one isn’t cheap
