While on a trip into a remote location I got a "cloud connection lost" on my screen in my 22 Tundra. Result is a blank map screen with just a arrow on it. When I reached an area with signal I called Toyota support and after some trial and error was told to take it back to dealer. Over a period of four days it all slowly reloaded a little at a time and all is well. A little patience was all that was needed. Everything else including remote connect continued working. It only messed with navigation map. Navigation worked, just wasn't a map image to see. Hope this helps if it happens to you.
