I have a 2018 TRD SR5 Crewmax that the cabin has always been slow to warm up in the winter. The engine comes to temp fairly quickly, but the heat coming from the vents seems to lag. I live in Minnesota, and been a midwesterner most of my life, and this Tundra is slower than most to heat up. When the temps are below zero it is even slower to warm up in the cabin, sometimes it takes ~20 highway miles before the cabin warms. I have had SUVs for the last 30 years and this thing is the slowest.

This July I just noticed the passenger side AC is much cooler than the driver for certain climate knob settings.

The vent knob seems to cycle fine, mixing air to the correct vents.

With the truck off, key on, I moved the climate knob all the way to the left (cold), then all the way to the right (warm) listening to the actuator work.

From cold to hot, the actuator did not make any noise on the first 4 clicks, with the first being the 'reciriculate' setting. Then made no noise on the last 3 clicks. Also as the knob was turned to the warm setting, the time the actuator was working seemed much shorter the last few times it 'actuated'.

As I reversed the direction, I had similar results, but the # of clicks with no noise seems to be be one more on warm side and one less on cool side.

The recirculate seems to work when AC is on, the fan blows faster and cooler.

My bluedriver offers no feedback on the actuator. Is there a way to tell if this issue is with the climate knob, actuator motor or other? Thanks for any help! This forum has been a great source of information.
