Clear film

How do you remove the clear film they placed on the tundra at the dealer back in 2015. It's cracking and collecting dirt and other crap hell just an eye sore not saying my truck is show room but it look bad to me. Any ideas.

 

How big of an area are you talking? How old is the film and what condition is the paint in?

Depends but a combination of heatgun, steamer, and Goo Gone. Try an eraser wheel before scrapping with a plastic razor if it is really brittle.

If you don't have a steamer you can put a towel over the section and use hot water; not viable on vertical panels.
