    I want to remove the plastic covers on bed sides of my SR5 2003 Toyota Tundra Stepside, has anyone ever done this and how difficult is it, or there holes under that will show and make this look tackly

    Most of the bed rails are attached with clips that sit into pockets, similar to this

    so all those holes are underneath if i do chrome they will look bad

    Chrome is going to look bad regardless…..
    Maybe paint the bed rail caps chrome?
