I’d say start with the grille and bulge and go from there. I left mine all chrome but just changed out the grille. Sometimes I wish I would’ve change the surround and bulge but I ended up selling the surround in white. My tastes have changed but I don’t want to pay twice. I am kind of partial to my chrome bumpers. Someday I’m thinking high clearance bumpers in black.

I went the cheap route with plasti dip for now, but will either buy color matched or have stuff painted/powder coated eventually. Did the badges and wheels in black, bumper caps and grille surround in Anthracite gray, semi close match to MGM.

There you go. We don’t want that. Did you paint or wrap it? I have a guy hear in southern Cali that will wrap it for a really good price that’s why

Current state after powder coating wheels, swapping all chrome for color matched parts (bumper caps, new platinum grill with surround/hood budge, mirror caps), removing TRD stickers, removing all chrome emblems, and doing a 3/1 lift.

@TRDFerguson How much did the powder coat cost for the wheels? I got a quote last week and they quoted me $750 which included removal of tires, powder coat ,reinstall and balancing. That seems a little high. May as well look at purchasing some TRD Pro wheels and selling the ones I have now.

@ccdawnpatrol It cost me $80 per wheel to Powder Coat them, but I also bought 4 Tires from them which included the reinstall and balancing. They did everything in 1 day.

20" blacks wheels, trd pro grille, color matched fender flares and handles, steel rear bumper, black leather, bakflip cover, spyder led headlights
Im looking to finish my black out as well. Where is the best place/ person to get the trd pro grille with black surround w/ bulge? Also would need the front end cap covers.

I have a fab fours rear bumper and would entertain just putting a matching one on the front but I don't want to sink a ton of money into it.

    TIA

Awesome, I will look into that when I need tires next. Only 11k on these so yeah...might be a while. But definitely a good way to save some money.

Here is a good lace to start: https://www.tundras.com/threads/ultimate-oem-toyota-parts-thread.10707/

I have some wrap I plan on putting on my MGM in the next month. Just need to be done with work and take the time to get it all in place.
