Is there a way to remove the chrome bumper caps (for plasti-dip) WITHOUT removing the entire bumper? I have a friend that did a tape-and-spray, but I'd rather not go that route if I can help it.

Cool. Doesn't look too bad, but I don't want to start something looked simple, but ended up being a pain that required more than I thought. The black looks good!
