I had a few lowlifes attempt to take my catalytic convertors, but I happened to walk upon them before they were successful, and they quickly ran before things got really serious for them. With that said, they cut the exhaust about 80% through on my 2013 Tundra 5.7, and the wiring for both downstream sensors. I welded it, and replaced both sensors, but the check engine light will not go out no matter how many times I reset the codes. I have also replaced the sensors again, with new Toyota original sensors, previous set was Denso, then drive for about 30 miles and the light comes back on and P0157 $07E8 returns. I have even had the welding checked again by others, but no leaks are showing.

When get the OBDII readings they are as follows:

MIL Status - On (Check Engine Light)
    Misfire Monitor - OK
    Fuel System Mon - OK
    Comp. Complete - OK
    Catalyst Mon - INC
    Htd Catalyst - N/A
    EVAP System Mon - OK
    Sec Air System - OK
    A/C Refrig Mon - N/A
    Oxygen Sens Mon - INC
    Oxygen Sens Htr - INC
    EGR System - OK

Any suggestions on what to do next, as I have no idea what is causing this?

    Thank you in advance.

I would look at the OBD2 live stream data from the O2 sensors to make sure they are reading. They could have yanked on the wires and pulled something loose. That would be my first step.
