    Hello All,

Just bought a 2021 Tundra DC Limited back in February and I've been chasing my tail trying to track down a ticking noise in the windshield / dash area. Happens if I'm driving on un even road or rocking back truck left to right and most noticeable to the ear around 30 mph - seems more audible if its cooler outside and hasn't been baking in sun all day. Noise seems to be generated when the cab / firewall / windshield is flexing from side to side.

Dropped it off at my local dealership this past week and they determined the creak/tick was coming from the brake lines that mount on the firewall near the master cylinder, so they replaced those mounts and felted but noise is still there.

I know some people have tracked down noises to the ECM Mount, Alignment tabs on upper windshield mount, Cowling ?

Has anyone else experienced a noise similar to this? Video link below to the noise. Appreciate any input!

dont know what it is but you need to pull out what you can, radio, glove compartment and have someone else drive while you look. good news is it does it all the time bad news is it does it all the time. I had a noise on a lexus once drove me nuts. turned out the plastic alignment pins on a piece would vibrate against the housing. two pieces of felt and it was gone. you need to look for things that can rub, plastic against plastic, i feel for you
