Changed fuel pump and starter is stuck on when key is put to on position.

    I Checked cylinoid

Trying to find diode that may have burnt out?

    Any suggestions?

Welcome from Ontario Canada . I assume you disconnected the battery while doing the fuel pump . Since it sounds like your problem started right after that I would recommend to retrace your steps and see if you find anything that may have come loose .
