A few months ago I grabbed the lip on the center console and got a hand full of sticky. Looked down and noticed the leather had started coming loose from the lid on one side. I put some glue on it, and folded it back over and it stayed for a little while then came loose again. Now both sides are loose. Has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it?

Contact cement. Flammable so use it in a ventilated area and be careful with the heat gun.
I applied it where it was needed then hit it with the heat before laying in the leather. I have some more pics. PM me if you want them
